Community Programming

  • The Heat Check HS Tournament is a high-energy, single-elimination competition built for youth athletes ages 14–18 across NJ, giving players a real platform to compete, be seen, and push their game to another level.

    With fewer FREE, safe, and organized opportunities available, Heat Check creates a structured environment where players can stay active, face top local talent, and experience true competition. Athletes register individually and are placed through a private draft, ensuring balanced teams and fresh matchups every tournament.

  • FREE workshops for middle, high, and college students designed to inspire, engage, and prepare them for their future careers.

    Students gain real-world insight from industry professionals, participate in hands-on activities and Q&A sessions, and learn practical skills like soft skills, mock interviews, and career readiness.

    Workshops can include career fairs, guest professionals, and more, and refreshments are provided to enhance the experience.

    Offered at no cost to schools, nonprofits, and community organizations, Dream Beyond Workshops help students dream big and take steps toward achieving their goals.

  • Legacy Lift is a comprehensive $500 consultation service designed to help adults clear past records and achieve meaningful career goals.

    This holistic service goes beyond expungement. We work with clients to plan and pursue their future, whether that means:

    • Starting a business through entrepreneurship support and access to resources

    • Obtaining certifications to qualify for higher paying jobs

    • Pursuing higher education or college pathways

    Legacy Lift provides guidance, resources, and strategic support to help clients take actionable steps toward long term success, stability, and opportunity.

    A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your consultation.

  • Rise and Reclaim is an interactive workshop series for organizations looking to provide adults with guidance on record expungement and workforce development. Cohort sizes, pricing, and content are flexible, and we can customize sessions to meet your needs, including facilitating locations, assisting with marketing, or training your staff to administer expungement case management for your own clients.

    Participants gain insight from experienced facilitators and guest professionals, explore career advancement strategies, and build skills in soft skills, certification pathways, and professional development.

    Refreshments are provided to create an engaging learning environment.

  • We partner with organizations and agencies seeking support in developing, strengthening, or expanding programs and initiatives.

    Our collaboration can be as focused or comprehensive as needed, from architecting a clear program vision to fully developing projects and pursuing funding through collaborative grant writing and applications.

    This service is primarily designed for established organizations, but we are also equipped to support individuals and emerging groups in turning ideas into legally structured organizations.

  • We provide structured recreational programming, mentorship, and early workforce exposure to promote positive youth engagement and long term stability. Through intentional skill development and guided support, we equip young people with the tools, work readiness competencies, and alternative pathways necessary to pursue employment and avoid involvement in harmful cycles.

  • We facilitate community based programs and events that promote accountability, job readiness, leadership development, and positive engagement across all age groups.

  • We support adults in clearing barriers to employment by connecting them to record expungement resources, job readiness support, and direct employment opportunities. Our goal is to help individuals move forward with dignity, stability, and sustainable careers.

  • We collaborate with employers, legal service providers, training organizations, and community partners through event sponsorships, grant collaborations, and workforce partnerships that create direct pathways to opportunity.
